Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Deadly Buzz Apparel, all products are made to order using a print-on-demand process. This means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, our refund and returns policy differs from standard retail.

 

2. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect colour selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

We strongly recommend checking sizing guides carefully before purchasing.

 

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You receive the wrong item

To request a resolution, you must:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photo evidence of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

4. Order Issues

If your order is lost, delayed, or not delivered:

  • Please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner Printify

  • If an order is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued

Please note that delivery delays caused by postal services are outside our control.

 

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, production may have started and cancellation may not be possible.

 

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

  • It may take several business days for funds to appear in your account
