Shipping Policy

1. Overview

All Deadly Buzz Apparel products are made to order. This means each item is printed and prepared specifically for you after your order is placed.

 

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • During busy periods (e.g. holidays), processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order is processed, it is passed to our fulfilment partner Printify for production and shipping.

 

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Ireland: 3–7 business days

  • UK: 4–8 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout via the relevant sales platform

  • Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed before purchase

 

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking is provided where available

  • You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped

 

6. Customs & Import Charges

For orders shipped outside of Ireland/EU:

  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

 

7. Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes:

  • Delays may occur due to postal services, customs, or high demand

  • Deadly Buzz Apparel is not responsible for delays outside our control

 

8. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • We will investigate with Printify and the shipping carrier

If an order is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

 

9. Incorrect Shipping Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order is in production.
