Deadly Buzz Apparel is an Irish-based clothing brand offering print-on-demand apparel inspired by Irish culture, humour, and retro design.

All products are made to order using a print-on-demand service. As a result:

  • Items are produced specifically for each customer

  • Minor variations in colour, print placement, or sizing may occur

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only

We aim to ensure all product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible.


4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated

  • Prices may change at any time without notice

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase

  • Payments are securely processed via third-party providers (e.g. Etsy or other platforms)

 

5. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping provider

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed

Deadly Buzz Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.


6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer error

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

    • The item is defective

    • The item is damaged during delivery

    • The wrong item was received

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence.


7. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have begun and cancellation may not be possible.


8. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the property of Deadly Buzz Apparel.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission

  • Unauthorised use may result in legal action

 

9. Use of Website
You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website

  • Submit false or misleading information

We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.
